I have been using Outlook for some time now with no
problmems. All of the sudden tonight when I tried to
load it, it would load part way then freeze up. When I
clicked on it it said it could not load my personal
folders. It also instructed me to load Outlook from SAFE
MODE. I tried with no luck. What has happened to the
program?
