I have many users that use Outlook 2000 with SP3.
Word is set as their email editor and anytime they open an email from a
Yahoo or AOL account, the system freezes.
If I disable Word as the email editor these emails open just fine.
I have searched many times for the cause and the only thing I can think
of is that Word is trying to convert the HTML that these emails are
written in into the Word Format.
Does anyone know of a fix for this as my users are very dependent on
Word as their email editor?
