outlook hangs continously retrieving account data from exchange

I canNot access Outlook 2002 because it Hangs up
continously Retrieving Account Data from the company
Exchange Server (it continously opens a progress dialog).
I can Access the same Account eMail using the Company
Outlook Web Access.
WHY?!?
