My brand new Dell Inspirion 5150 is having a problem
during shut down. I am running windows XP home edition
and I am using Microsoft Outlook to manage my email. The
problem is when I shut down the system, even though I
have already x'ed out of the outlook program, the
computer tells me that it can't close outlook. Does
anybody know what I can do to fix this?
