Outlook headers status to show I have replied to message

How do I have Outlook 2003 show that I have replied to a message? I can not
seem to have the "arrow" icon on the header staus column show that I have
replied or fowarded an e-mail.

This is a 2003 Outlook Personal Account.

it's html..I have a hotmail plus account

You would need to use the Outlook Connector with your Hotmail account to get
that kind of functionality in Outlook. The Outlook Connector makes it easy
to bring your free or paid Hotmail/MSN/Windows Live Mail accounts into
Outlook 2003 or 2007 so that you can check all your mail in one place. If
you have a paid account, the Connector will also synchronize your Calendar
and other items between the two places. You must have Windows Genuine
Advantage verify your software installation is a legal one before you can
