Outlook - High Water Mark

Hi

I just got this message in Outlook. Does anyone know what it means? Or how I
can resolve it?

RE: ATTENTION: Your mailbox is over the high water mark, 75% based on amount
stored!!

It's from your ISP and it means you have too many messages in your mailbox
or it's grown too large. Delete or archive off messages to fix the problem.
