That message doesn't come from Outlook but from your ISP. Logon to your web
based mailbox and clean up your mailbox there?

3) Google and find that the message seems to be related to Microsoft

I think you need some Google lessons since it has absolutely nothing to do
with that.

When do you get this notice? When sending messages?

Google lessons are not what is required as if one Googles the error
message, that is what one gets - hit after hit related to MSoft fax.

1st lesson; top Google results do not necessarily answer your questions
2nd lesson; results found via Google do not necessarily give you the correct
answers
3rd lesson; fill in the proper query to get better results

FYIW; none of my search results on Google return anything related to "MSoft
Fax"

Then perhaps I need some google lessons, because http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=fax+"high+water+mark"&btnG=Search
pulls up nada on Microsoft Fax that I can see.

Nor does a google of outlook "high water mark".

Or even "high water mark".

What exactly did you try googling?
