Outlook HTML answer has to be converted.

When I receive HTML mail I have to convert it to plain
text before I can answer it. If I leave it as HTML and
answer it, an error says "A program is trying to access
my address book." and I have to answer "Yes" many times
or "No" many times before I can respond. This is
supposted to be a feature and desired but it is really
bugging me to have to convert all my mail from others. Is
there a way to set this option off????

Deselect Word as your Email editor and use Outlook's. The message you see
is most likely being caused by a Word add-in that is in conflict with
Outlooks's SP3.
