I have Outlook 2003 and Windows XP (SP-2).

Since installing SP-2, when I minimize Outlook, the icon
vanishes from the taskbar - although I can quickly re-open
it by clicking on the outlook icon on my desktop.

Any idea on how I can retain the icon on the taskbar?
