Outlook ignores my safe sender list.

I am using outlook 2003.

There are emails from some people on my safe sender list that "aways" go
into the junk mail folder even thought they are on my safe sender.

I've made sure that they are not in my blocked senders in case of possible
conflicts, they are using the same email address...they haven't changed it.

It's not happening with all of them, but some of them it's happening 100% of
the time.

I have no idea what is causing that, but it has made me miss some important
emails.

Under safe senders, did you check the box below that states "Also trust email
from my contacts"?
Also, you should be at SP2 if you are using Outlook 2003.
