This is a strange problem that just began with one of the
workstations in our office. I just installed the current
Office updates, but that was all that changed recently.
The issue is: using Outlook 2000, when she replies to a
message that had been sent in HTML format, the cursor
seems to go to the bottom of the text, then jump up to the
top and automatically insert a new line at the top of the
message. Sometimes when she then tries to type, the first
letter she types ends up one line below subsequent letters
she types. If the original message was sent using plain
text, no problem. Any ideas?
