Outlook is automatically copying messages to Deleted Items

I have two rules set up so when an email comes in through a certain account it is to be moved to one of two folders. The email is moved correctly, however, Outlook may also put a copy of the email into the Deleted Items folder. (I have reviewed my junk email list and the senders and their domains are not listed.) Why? Is there anything i can do to correct this?
