outlook is offline but connected to the network

Outlook appears to be offline, but I am connected to the Network. Please
advise how to fix.

Open your File Menu, uncheck "work offline."

Thank you. This answer seems so simple, but I don't know how long it would
have taken me to figure it out. I recently performed an HP System Recovery
(by accident - u-turns aren't allowed :>)) I guess by default Outlook is set
to 'Work Offline'

Anyway, thanks for the answer (solution.)

Did you even look at the datestamp of the post to which you replied? You
