Outlook Journal tracks my email and calendar

In Outlook Journal, users cannot automatically track their email and calendar
as an item within Journal. Only word, powerpoint and a few others are
automatically tracked. This feature could easily be extended to include
email, calendar. Why? For time tracking (and billing) purposes it would be
convenient to see a 'global' view of MS office activities with the associated
time duration required. Currently Journal provides minimal value and it is
hard to use. This would at least make it useful for time tracking.

The expanded Journal time tracking feature could also could make it easier
to find documents that you created by including the file location of non
MS-office documents that you worked on in Journal by simply tracking the
filename of non-MS docs and automatically putting them in Journal as a
'document' item.
