It's a diary of sorts that can save a timeline of your activities in outlook
or with office documents. Ie, if you work in a word document, it can
automatically create an entry that shows how long you had it open. If you
are journaling email from contacts, you'll have a timeline of when you sent
or received mail from each contact.
It's not all that useful for home users and mostly just fills up the PST,
while firms who bill for every little thing will find it useful.
