Outlook just doesn't look right

Hi. I am using Outlook2003. I have used Outlook for a long time and have
been using 2003 at work and at home. Both run on WindowsXP on 17inch flat
screen monitors at 1280 x 1024. For some reason, my newly installed
Outlook2003 at home doesn't look right. All of the icons on the tool bars
and the navigation pane are very big. I know this is probably very simple
and a stupid question, but does anyone know how to make the icons small?

By the way, when I right-click on the toolbar and click on Customize, the
large icons button is already unchecked.
