Outlook locks up

I'm having a problem with some users running Office XP on an NT 4 Terminal
Server. Up until this point, everything has been fine. I'm not sure what
has happened, nothing has changed since the other day when it started. We
use Exchange 5.5 also, the users do not use PST files. I've been unable to
click on anything within the application window. Actually if I'm quick I
can click on a few mails in the Inbox, but then it locks up. The only fix
I've found thus far is to remove the TS profile and log back in creating a
new profile. Everything works fine after that, so I know it's not the
Exchange server. But I'm wondering if somewhere in the profile there is a
corrupt Outlook data file, or .dat or something that I could just remove or
modify that would help me avoid remove the user profiles.
