Outlook Macro Warning

When I open Outlook 2002 I get a warning that a
particular PALMAPP.DOT file contains macros and I am
asked if I want to enable or disable the macros. The
document refered to is a PALMAPP.DOT template stored in
an OFFICE folder.
How do I get rid of this warning?
