Outlook Merge Problem

I haev a user who is having a problem using their Outlook contacts when
doing a mail merge from word

Version = Word & Outlook XP

Problem = when the user start to merge in word and selects the option for
outlook contacts as the data source it shows another users contacts.

Any pointers would be gr8tly appreciated!
