Outlook messages with urls in messages

Hi,

When i open and read a message with a url in it, and click it, the link is
opened in an existing internet explorer browser. How do i set it so that it
opens a new browser instead ?

Also, how can i set it so that urls clicked from mails open using outlook as
the browser? Thanks
