Outlook not installed for current user

I have had a problem with my inbox today, and repaired it, but now when I
open Outlook 2002, I get this message:

Microsoft Outlook has not been set up for the current user. Please run setup
to install the application.

If I recall, setup if part of Office 2002, and running the setup is another
problem I am having.
