Outlook not picking up Business Contact Manager after install

I have Office 03 sp1 installed and I have just installed Business Contact
Manager but when I launch Office it is not picking up contact manager. Any
help would be very greatful

Do you use Exchange in this profile? HAve you downloaded the version 2 of
BCM from Office Updates?
