Outlook Not Starting

Here is a description of the problem I am having. I am running Vista sp2 with
Office 2007.
-When I try to send a link by email or a page by email outlook will not
open, and the web page that is open will freeze.
-When I try to email from an open document such as a Word Doc, outlook will
not open and the document will freeze.
-When I try to replay to an email address on a wedsite, Outlook will not open.

I hope someone can help me with this.
