Outlook Notes

User is creating notes in Outlook and when he closes the note receives a
message "the note will close and your changes will not be saved".

The note does save but when he exits Outlook he receives a different message
"End Program - CiceroUIWndFrame"
The program is not responding.

To return to Windows and check the status of the program, click Cancel.

If you choose to end the program immediately, you will lose any unsaved
data. To end the program now, click End Now.

I have deleted olk, temp, flg files..ran a detect and repair..closed Outlook
and opened Outlook.
