Hi! I've got a problem using this version of Outlook. I would like to
change the way ALL of my e-mail folders are displayed. When trying to get
help information on how to do so, this is the only information available.....

<Drag the column heading (column heading: The horizontal bar at the top of
one column in a table. There are multiple column headings in the column
heading row.) until it is over the border between the column headings where
you want the column to appear. When a double-arrow marker appears, release
the mouse button. >

Must I do this separately for EVERY single folder in Outlook? That is
ridiculous, & it's so much work I'll never get it done!

I'm disabled (read: poor, I regret to say). It would appear that the only
way I can get Microsoft to answer this simple question, I'd have to spend my
grocery budget for the week.

Can anyone help me?
