OUTLOOK OFFLINE FOLDERS SYNCRONIZE TO THE PREVIOUS DAY

OUTLOOK 2002 OFFLINE FOLDERS only SYNCRONIZE TO THE
PREVIOUS DAY and do not include the current days mails

Environment is Corporate exchange server OS = XP Pro in
SOE/COE

All Settings are working and ok

Any Ideas
