Hi! I've looked for this answer but can't find it. I have
Outlook 2000 and a newer version thought I'm not sure
which on a different computer in my home. We home office
and I'd like to have Outlook up and running on both
machines. The laptop will pull down messages but won't
delete them to mirror the POP3 acccount so I'm getting
new ones but unless I manually delete, which defeates the
purpose, doing double the work, they won't delete after
they've already been deleted when working on the desktop.
Makes sense? I hope so!
I'm managing 4 email addresses in Outlook as well, if I
understand correctly font changes that I make in one
account will affect all b/c it's 2002 version., 2003
allows for different settings in different accounts.
