Outlook opens and then after about one second it closes

Hello everyone,

Office XP / Outlook XP
Problem is Outlook opens and then after about one second it closes.
The License (Key) is a Valid MS License for Office XP.
This computer has been running Office XP fine for over one year and now all
of the sudden the user can't open Outlook.
Any suggestion fog fixing this? As I recall the last time thins happen I
re-installed Office XP and it was ok. The user is not 500 miles away so
re-installing is not an option.
