Outlook opens on a webpage?

When you install outlook it opens on a info/help page.
I would like to have the outlook on our network to open on the company's
portal page.
Any ideas how to do it? ideally woould be through a policy seting in AD

I don't know how to do it via Active Directory.

In Outlook, right-mouse click on the relevant folder, then set "home page".

Do your people really want this for Outlook. Better to use IE for
dispalying the portal? Outlook used by most people for their own
information.

I have managed to set it up on my machine that it displays the portal page
at start up, that is I have made the portal URL home page for outlook:today

Any idea how to disseminate that in the organisation? preferably via AD?
