Outlook Options abnormality

I have a very strange error. When I go into the options menu under tools in
outlook, the
text is larger than the borders of the window. I have tried changing DPI
settings, appearance settings and no luck.

Is there a way I can change the font settings within the options window? I
am running windows XP and Outlook 2003.

Check your Accessibility settings in Control Panel. You might have accidently
turned on Magnifier.

Unfortuantely magnifier is turned off. the options menu is too smaal for the
text, and the buttons on the right of the page is not visible. I have tried
all the accesibility settings...
