Outlook OST file

Hello:

I need assistance on importing or extracting the data from
an ost file. Does anyone know how to convert or extract
the data from an ost file to something I can manipulate or
view my data?

There used to be a tool called OST2PST.EXE that would
export Offline Storage (OST) files into Personal Storage
(PST) format. I believe this has now become "Exchange
Recovery". Try going to www.google.com and searching
for OST2PST for information.
