Outlook & Outlook Express conflict?

L

Linda

I am using Outlook 2000 for work and outlook express for internet mail on my home PC. I have a problem replying to the Outlook mail. I can send new mail without problem - I just cannot reply to mail - the recipient does not receive it. I wondered if there could be a conflict between the two programs to cause this
If anyone has info on this problem, please help
thanks, Linda

No, there shouldn't be any kind of conflict....so you can send directly to
someone, have them reply, and then you reply, and it doesn't get to the
recipient & there's no NDR delivered to you?

Are you using Rich Text format in your outgoing Outlook mail, by
chance? If so, only Outlook can read it.
