outlook page layout

is there a way to change the way outlook appears on the page. our users are
used to eudora where the list of messages appear on the top and the actual
message appears underneath?

Yes you can change the layout. In Outlook, click on View/ Reading Pane - you
can select RIGHT, BOTTOM, or OFF.
