I have tried several times to get this to work. Perhaps there is a
registry hack?
I am running MS outlook 2002 SP1 and installed the pfbackup.exe add-in
as one user (with admin rights) on a win xp pro machine. That user has
"backup" appear under the file menu in outlook. However, when the
other user (also admin rights) starts up their outlook session (under
a different profile, of course), the file menu does not have "backup".
Any ideas how to get the backup tool to work for all users of the
system?
