Outlook Personal Password Lost!

M

MDM

I run Win 2000 with Outlook 2002. I suspect recently I was hijacked and my
outlook.pst file password was set. My system crashed and I've setup a new
disk with Outlook, copied in my old .pst file and tried to open it. It nows
asks me for a password, which of course I don't know.

I tried pst19upg and the .psx file is created, but when I run the -i option
on the .psx file I get:

Failed importing PROPERTY 36E41102 <scode: 80040600>
Failed importing PROPERTY LIST
Failed importing FOLDER 0x00000122
Program terminated in error <80040600>

Of course I can buy a program to help strip this password out, but I'd had
to spend the money only to have it give me the same results. Does anyone have
a suggestion? My whole business is in this .pst file and although I have a
several month-old copy of it, I'd sure like to get this back.
