Outlook Problems

I just did a reinstall of Office for one of my users and
now when I try to start outlook it says

The Microsoft Exchange Address Book was unable to log on
to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer. Contact your
system administrator if the problem persists.

then I click OK and it tells me

The action could not be completed

And again I click OK
And the dialog box that prompts for the Exchange server
name and mailbox pops up and when you enter the
information and click Check Name it says

The name could not be resolved. The Microsoft Exchange
Address Book was unable to log on to the microsoft
Exchange Server computer. Contact your system adminstrator
if the problem persists.

So obviously there is a problem with the Exchange Address
Book but this is the only user with this problem. Can any
one please help me out on this one.

Try recreating (do not copy) your mail profile in Control Panel-> Mail->
butto Show Profiles
