Outlook Prompts for Email Passwords every Send/Rec

I have Outlook 2002.
Every time I open OUTLOOK it prompts me for each of my
email passwords (even though I check the box to remember
my password).....HELP! I'm going nuts!

There have been several issues with passwords not being retained with
Outlook. Here are some of the known solutions:

For Outlook 2000 or 2002 on Win 98, NT, or 2000:
