outlook.pst

When I try to send an e-mail with outlook express, I
continuously receive an error message stating "cannot find
outlook.pst"
I have uninstalled and reinstalled outlook express 3 times
and each time I still get the same warning.
I can receive incoming messages but I cannot sent mail.

Please help

Do you have Outlook Express set as your default mail program in Control
Panel | Internet Options | Programs tab?
