Outlook Public folder Contacts

I have been using an Outlook Public folder to hold
outlook contacts. My problem is this When I save the
contact in the publick folder its fine but if I change
the (File as) information in the contact. The contact
will not remain saved as that name. It iwll change for a
little while but after checking it later the contact has
changed back. Any Ideas?

Window 2000
Exchange Server
Outlook 2000

(e-mail address removed)

Have you checked the permissions on the public folder?

Possibly the rights are set to owner modified not all.
