Outlook reply font size

I'm trying to reply in arial 11 pt.. When I reply to an email, only font
sizes 10 or 12 are available. How do I modify this to include 11 pt.?

What message format is the email using? Under Tools->Options->Mail
Format->Fonts, do you have the option set to always use your Fonts?
