Outlook rule in VBA code

hello,

Recently, I requested information from a Microsoft Support
professional on how I can automatically add recepients of
emails I write to a Contact list so that all emails
originating from anyone on this contact list are
automatically filtered to a specific mailbox. The support
professional informed me that I could perform this task
using VBA code, but the limitations of the support he
could offer prevented him from offering any more specific
help. If someone is a VBA code guru or has some good tips
on to how I can quickly learn how to do this myself,
please let me know.
