Outlook Rule

I've got a number of rules set up in outlook 2002.
One of my rules looks for the word Spam in the subject
line of mail coming into my Inbox. If it finds it it
moves the mail to another folder.
Rather than move the mail it copies it!
Anyone suggest anything?

By the way,The word Spam is appended to the subject by
Norton Security, which i've got on my computer

add a stop processing action to the rule and move it to the top of the list.
