Outlook Security

We just started using Outlook 2003. When performing a email-merge from Word,
we get a Outlook message that another program is trying to send an email, do
we want to continue. This would not be a problem, except there is 350 emails
we are sending to, and the message comes up for each one.

Question: is there a way to turn off that security feature in Outlook so
that it will let word send out these emails without the security warning?

Set the merge format to HTML and the prompts will disappear.
