Outlook Sent Mail, Calendar & Contacts

I have set up my work email account on Outlook at home. I am now able to read
my work Inbox on my home computer. Why can't I also read my Sent Mail and
access my Calendar and Contacts from the work computer, at home? Why does
mail already read on one computer still show as unread on the other?

What version of Outlook? How did you set up your work Outlook? VPN? RPC
over HTTPS? Is this an OWA connection? Is your work Outlook using the
Exchange mailbox as its delivery location or a .pst? What version of
Exchange?
