Don
using OL 2002 on Windows XP pro, I want to add a shortcut on the bar to the
left. I right click on Outlook Shortcuts at the top of the bar, and then
click on Outlook Shortcuts on the pop up menu, then click on the inbox folder
I want to add to the bar, and I get a message that says:
"Outlook could not save the updated folder shortcut information. ... check
for sufficient disk space [no problme] ... You don't have appropriate
permission to perform this operation."
I've done this on my computer at the office and my laptop, so why can't I do
it on my home desktop. I keep running into this permission problem. I've
tried logging on as administrator and looking for any restrictions on my user
account, but I don't seem to find the fix. Can anyone help?
