Outlook shuts down

Please help

My Outlook ( Office 2000) is always shutting down on it's
own after running for a few minutes. The error message I
get is Outlook.exe has created a fatal error. The program
will shut down ETC.

I have run the repair with the Disks and this did not fix
the problem. I have also downloaded all recent Microsoft
upgarades for office 2000 etc.

Does anyone have the answer to this problem.
