Outlook slow showing messages.

Any advise on ,

when viewing messages through outlook 2002, When you
highlight the message it takes about 15 - 30 seconds to
show the message in the Preview plane.

The longer the outlook is open the longer it gets between
messages.

Any help would be great on this...
