Outlook starts and quickly shutsdown

WHen I start Outlook is stays up for a few seconds and
then closes. Seems to have happended after I updated to
SP2 and .net. Any thoughts on how to diagonse this?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Edc asked:
