Outlook Stationary Confusion

Ok...How do I use this without having to go into a thousand clicks via the
whole TOOLS/OPTIONS...blah blah blah. Dear god. I'm so frustrated. Isn't
there a way to simply choose reply with...and pick a stationary on the fly?
And I don't want to spend more money for an add on. In outlook express, I
can do that. How weird.
