Outlook Stationary

I want to make my own stationary in Outlook. I have a
graphic that I have in a word doc, in an html doc, and a
jpg version. When I try to use the html doc for
stationary in outlook, everything appears fine except the
grpahic. I get a red X box. How can I get my graphic to
show up? Thanks so much!

The graphic must be copied into the same folder as the stationary template.
The HTML source code must refer to that image.
